This Was Tomorrow

The third home

The year 2015 will be chronicled as magical, mythical and memorable. The People of Tomorrow experienced Tomorrowland on three continents this year. After celebrating the 10th anniversary in Belgium in 2014 and putting ashore in the United States, the third chapter of our magnificent fairytale was written in Brazil for the very first time.

A motion picture

All these beautiful and precious moments like the introduction of the new 2015 tale “The Secret Kingdom of Melodia”, the unseen atmosphere of the first Tomorrowland in Brazil but also the encounter between Tomorrowland and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, and many other great stories of the People of Tomorrow and the worlds biggest DJ's – were captured in one fascinating movie: 'This Was Tomorrow', the motion picture of a magnificent year.

The premiere

The movie has its world premier in the Antwerp Sportpaleis on the 26th of november, this night will be a truly unique experience. The motion picture will be shown in a beautiful Tomorrowland setting and enhanced with an amazing special effects show.

But there’s more that will make this a unforgettable night: the National Orchestra of Belgium will bring the Symphony of Unity, only performed once so far during the latest edition of the festival in Belgium. It contains classical versions of famous dance anthems by David Guetta, Armin van Buuren and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tiësto to name a few. This renowned world class orchestra provided goosebumps during Tomorrowland and has created some new classical adaptations specially for this night.

This Was Tomorrow will be a full evening program: 'The Symphony of Unity' by the National Orchestra of Belgium, the world premiere of This Was Tomorrow and lots of unexpected Tomorrowland surprises.
